职位描述：

Looking for business partner in window & door industry, such as window &door fabricators, curtain wall companies. Paying regular visit, introducing and promoting products, provide commercial and technical support.

开发高端的门窗幕墙领域的合作伙伴，例如门窗幕墙公司。定期拜访，介绍推广产品，提供商务和技术支持。

Following up real-estate projects, establish and maintain good cooperation with real-estate developers and provide commercial and technical support in time.

跟踪高端地产项目，建立并保持与高端地产开发商的良好合作关系。及时提供商务和技术支持。

Following up design institutes, architects and consultants to introduce our new products regularly and providing all kinds of project solutions.

跟踪设计院，建筑师，顾问咨询公司，定期沟通介绍新产品，提供项目各种解决方案。

Organizing seminars, products introductions and promotions, etc. in responsible area.

负责组织本地区的各类研讨会，产品推广会等。

Cooperating with window fabricators and curtain wall company to participate in the project bidding.

配合门窗幕墙公司参与项目的招投标

Coordinating with internal departments and all relevant partners to ensure the quality, delivery time, progress of the projects.

中标项目的施工过程中，配合各相关合作方，协调内部其他部门，确保制作施工的质量和工期进度。

Preparing and implementing regional mid & long term developing plan, according to overall business planning.

根据公司整体规划，制定地区的中，长期发展计划。

Reporting to sales director according to company’s regulations and requirements.

根据公司的规定和各项要求，向销售总监汇报。



Requirement :
任职条件：


University degree , major in architect, constructions, etc. is preferred.

大学以上学历，建筑专业优先；

Excellent communication skills

良好的沟通技巧，

Good English communication skills

良好的英语沟通能力，

Experience in window or curtain wall industry is preferred.

有门窗，幕墙行业工作经验者优先

Be good at building up good cooperative relationship with developers, designers and consultants.

善于和开发商、设计师，咨询顾问建立良好合作关系。

More than 5 years experience in project sales of construction industry, with windows & doors and curtain wall sales experience is preferred.

五年以上的建筑行业的项目销售经验，有门窗幕墙销售经验优先

Adapt to frequent business trip.
